DO-IT-YOURSELF” EXHIBITS ONLY

This pertains to you if…

• You will be delivering your shipment to the dock in a private vehicle: auto, station wagon, company truck, rental van, etc. (any truck over 24’ will be unloaded by local #82).

• You can complete your delivery with only the use of non-mechanical equipment.  No fork trucks, pallet jacks, or mechanized lift gates may be used by anyone other than the official drayage contractor, Freeman.

• You will be using full-time employees of the exhibiting company to unload.

Exhibitors may perform their own drayage provided they use their own full-time employees and their own handling equipment, which is limited to basic mover’s dollies, two-wheeled hand trucks, which are hand-operated to move exhibit material from the loading dock to the booth.

If you will be using a company truck and require a loading dock, the Marshalling Yard Attendant will designate you to a specified area. No carriages, carts dollies, or two-wheelers shall be allowed through the main lobby.

No vehicles are allowed to park/stand in front of the “Do-it-Yourself” entrance.  Someone capable of driving your vehicle must remain with it at all times while it is in the front of the “Do-it-Yourself” entrance.  Unattended vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.

Allow adequate time to ensure that your space is show ready by 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 4, 2009. 

There will be no refunds or exceptions for any un-set booths.

All empty crates must be stored off the premises.  If you wish to store your empties on site, see Freeman and arrangements can be made for a storage fee that will include pick-up and delivery.  There will be a fee for this service.

Wednesday, February 4 12:00 n. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 5   8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, February 6         8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
