Guidelines for Exhibiting

The company having contracted for exhibit space with New England Grows will be referred to as “Primary Company” and any company sharing space within contracted booth space, but not contracted directly with New England Grows, will be referred to as a “co-exhibiting company”.

The primary company (company who has contracted the exhibit space) will be assigned one booth number per contiguous block of exhibit space.

There will be one point of contact (the primary company) with the show management team.  That contact person will be responsible for submitting a list of all co-exhibiting companies by a November 15th, 2008 for inclusion in the show program.

It will be up to the primary company to provide all co-exhibiting companies, and any exhibitor appointed contractors, the rules, regulations, and all information pertaining to their participation in New England Grows.  Co-exhibiting companies are welcomed to visit www.myfreemanonline.com.
